Dominic Minghella script edited and wrote Hamish Macbeth starring Robert Carlyle as the dope-smoking Westie-loving policeman for Zenith/BBC. He has also written for radio and American television. His UK television career continued when he created Doc Martin for Buffalo/ITV and then Robin Hood for Tiger Aspect/BBC. Dominic was also executive producer/showrunner of Robin Hood alongside his colleague and co-creator Foz Allan. Dominic is a founder of plainvanilla, a new television production company with a particular focus on popular drama.
