What do I need to view videos on the website?

We use Flash 9 to play videos on the website. We auto-detect if your machine has this installed, if not we direct you to the Adobe website to download it. You will only need to do this once.

How do I view a video in full screen mode?

Click the button in the bottom right hand corner of the flash player to view the video in full screen mode.

How do I exit full screen mode?

Press the Esc key on your keyboard to exit full screen mode.

Can I embed a video on my website or blog?

Yes you can. On the video detail page, under the heading 'Share this Video' you will see options to 'Add to site/blog - play on load' and 'Add to site/blog - click to play', select your preferred option, copy the code from the box below and paste it into the appropriate section of your webpage or blog.

How can I share a video via email?

On the video detail page, under the heading 'Share this Video', click ‘Email to a friend’ and fill in your friend’s email address. The link will then be sent to them.

How can I share a video via Instant Messaging?

On the video detail page, under the heading 'Share this Video' you will see the option 'Instant Message URL', simply copy the text from the box below and paste into your conversation window.

How do I post a comment on a video?

Click the ‘Post Comment' tab on the video detail page. This will take you to the Comments page, enter your comment and click the ‘Submit' button.  Your comment will be submitted for moderation prior to being posted to the live website.

What are the Ratings for?

You have the option to rate video content, video presentation and usefulness of the website. There is also a feedback form and we would love to hear your views regarding both video content and the website.

Can I download videos from the website?

Yes, you can download both MP4 and 3GP versions of all videos on the website. MP4 videos are suitable to play on iPod, Sony PSP and other MP4 players. 3GP videos are suitable to play on most mobile phones.

Is there any charge for downloading videos?

No, all of the videos are available to download free of charge.

How do I download a video to watch on my iPod/PSP/MP4 Player?

On the video detail page, under the heading ‘Download this Video' you will see the option to ‘Download for iPod/PSP/MP4 Player'. Click the icon on the right to download, and save to your computer when prompted. Transfer to your MP4 Player.

How do I download a video to watch on my Mobile Phone?

A Side Loading option is available for all videos on the website and allows you to save a file to your computer, to transfer to your mobile phone via cable, IR, Bluetooth or memory card.

On the video detail page you will see the option to ‘Side load this video'. Click the icon on the right to download, and save to your computer when prompted. Transfer to your mobile phone via cable, IR, Bluetooth or memory card.
